353.04 NOTICE OF CONDITION.

Notice that a junk vehicle is so dismantled, destroyed or changed that it is physically no longer a motor vehicle or is not the motor vehicle described in the purchaser's certificate of title shall be given to the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas who issued the certificate of title.
