351.99 PENALTY.

Parking in Handicapped Location. Whoever violates Section 351.04(f), who has received notice to appear and answer to such violation, may upon filing a waiver with the Police Department in the prescribed manner, within seventy-two hours after such notification is delivered or placed upon the motor vehicle involved, and paying a fine of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), shall have no costs charged against such offender.
