No person shall stand or park any motor vehicle or trailer, between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on any public street or right of way within the City. Special permission is required from the Police Department to park between 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., which may be granted upon good cause shown. (Ord. 2002-188. Passed 12-5-02.)
