12-1-3: INTERPRETATION:
In interpreting and applying this title, the sign area requirements contained herein are declared to be the maximum allowable for the purpose set forth. The type of signs allowed by this title is fully described and sign types not specifically set forth within this title are prohibited. This title shall not nullify the more restrictive provisions of covenants, agreements, easements, deed restrictions, ordinances or laws, but shall prevail over such provisions which are less restrictive.
