The following acts or activities, when performed or undertaken in conjunction with or as a party of any establishment conducting outdoor dining, are hereby prohibited and declared unlawful:
(A) Any violation of § 99.04 above.
(B) Any acts of outdoor dining allowed by property owners not engaged in the business of operating an eating establishment.
(C) Any acts of outdoor dining outside of the permitted hours of this chapter or during the months of December through March.
