(A) Any outdoor tables, chairs or other related items shall not be permitted to obstruct the flow of traffic, specifically including but not limited to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
(B) Any outdoor tables, chairs, or other related items shall not interfere with the duties of the town, specifically including but not limited to the police department, maintenance department, administration or water and sewer management. This provision shall also apply to agents and affiliates of the town, including but limited to NC Department of Transportation, Ashe County Inspections, Ashe County Sheriff's Department, or NC State Highway Patrol.
(C) The town shall have the authority to remove any items violating this statute at the expense of the violating party.
