(A) Outdoor dining is permitted between the months of April and November from 4:00 p.m. Friday to 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
(B) Establishments may place tables on town sidewalks as long as they are directly in front of their business. No establishment shall have any more than three tables on town sidewalks without express written approval from the town.
(C) Establishments may place tables on town parking spaces as long as they are directly in front of their business not to exceed their building frontage. No establishment shall reserve any more than four parking spaces within their building frontage without express written approval from the town. The town shall have the right to require any necessary barricades or other structures to prevent the safety of all persons using or passing by these reserved spaces as the town deems fit, and any related expenses shall be the responsibility of the establishment reserving the spaces.
