§ 111.40 PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   (A)   Failure to comply with the requirements of this chapter may result in revocation of the permit of the driver, the company, or both.
   (B)   Violation of any provision of this chapter shall subject the violator to the civil penalties set forth in § 10.99.
