(A) Any person desiring to operate one or more horse-drawn carriages within the town shall first make written application for a permit and shall file the application with the Clerk. The application shall contain the full name and address of the applicant, and the names of the officers if the applicant is a corporation; the principal location from which the business is to be operated; the number of horse-drawn carriages to be operated under the permit, if granted; the hours of operation for the carriages; the planned routes for the carriages; and such other information as may be required by the town.
(B) The Town Council hereby authorizes the clerk to issue permits to any applicant or applicants, upon compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
(C) The permit shall be conspicuously displayed at all times at the fixed place of business described in § 111.18 hereinafter.
