§ 111.03 RESERVATION OF RIGHT TO GRANT FRANCHISE.
   The town, pursuant to G.S. § 160A-304, may grant a franchise, or franchises, to taxicab owners and operators on stipulations and terms as to the Board of Aldermen may deem advisable.
