The town seeks to protect the health and well-being of its employees and citizens. Since environmental tobacco smoke has been identified as potentially carcinogenic and other forms of tobacco products have also been determined to be detrimental to other health aspects, the town hereby establishes a policy to regulate all tobacco products. This policy shall apply to all employees and visitors on town property.
