(A) Pursuant to the authority conferred by the G.S. § 160A-435, the Board of Aldermen for the town does hereby ordain and enact in to law this section establishing primary fire district.
(B) For the purpose of this section, the Primary Fire District shall be described as follows:
(1) Primary Fire District. The Primary Fire District's boundaries start at the intersection of the centerline at South Jefferson Avenue and Ashe Street and extend northerly up North and South Jefferson Avenue to the intersection of the centerline at North Jefferson Avenue and 2nd Street. Also, including the former Thomasville Furniture properties that are outlined in black.
(2) All the pro perties that are outl ined in blac k on the attache d map com pose the Primar y Fire Dist rict bou ndaries.
