§ 154.56 PURPOSE; JURISDICTION.
   (A)   This subchapter is enacted pursuant to the powers granted to the town by G.S. Ch. 160A, Art. 19. The purpose of this subchapter is to establish rules and standards for the location and construction of towers and antennas for commercial wireless telecommunications.
   (B)   The provisions of this subchapter shall be applicable only to the incorporated areas of the town.
