All persons, firms, corporations, or other legal entities desiring to move a building or structure within the town, or from outside the municipal limits to a point within the town limits, must first present the details of the proposed move to the Board of Aldermen of the town at a regular or special meeting of the Board and obtain the permission of the Board.
