(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to consume fortified or unfortified wine, spirituous liquor, malt beverage, or beer on any public area within the town, specifically including, but not limited to, the municipal park and cemetery, public parking areas, both off-street and on-street, on any sidewalk or alleyway, and private parking areas for businesses, to include parking lots for businesses which may legally sell alcoholic beverages.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess fortified or unfortified wine, spirituous liquor, malt beverages or beer on the following properties owned by the town: The municipal park and cemetery.
