(A) No mobile homes or house trailers shall be permitted to park within the town for residential uses from and after October 1, 1968.
(B) Mobile homes and house trailers which are presently located for residential uses within the town shall be allowed to remain at their present locations until moved or removed by their owners, but that once moved or removed, they shall not be permitted to return to their present locations or to any other locations for residential uses within the town, or to be replaced in their present locations for residential uses by other mobile homes or house trailers.
