§ 110.16 CONTINUING AUTHORITY OF COUNCIL.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to prevent the City Council from imposing from time to time any license taxes allowed by law as are not specifically herein defined or required, nor from prohibiting or regulating any business or acts licensed hereunder.
