§ 94.63 EXTENSION OF TIME TO PERFORM.
   Upon timely written request and for good cause, the owner and occupant may receive an extension of time to remedy the conditions. Any extension shall be written and signed by Town Clerk or Town Manager, and shall designate a time certain within which the nuisance conditions must be removed, remedied or abated.
