§ 94.62 ORDER OF ABATEMENT.

If a determination is made that such conditions constituting a public nuisance exist the Town Manager shall notify, in writing, the owner of the premises in question of the conditions constituting the public nuisance and shall order the abatement thereof within 30 days from the receipt of such written notice.
