(A) Each contractor shall provide one porta-john and at least one six-cubic yard dumpster located on the parking pad for trash at the building site during the period of construction. The port-a-john shall be on the site prior to the beginning of construction and the dumpster shall be in place prior to the seal plate inspection.
(B) The contractor shall remove all trash and discarded materials from the building site at least once per week so as to maintain a reasonably clean area that would not be objectionable to the general public. All garbage, refuse, scrap materials, waste and solid waste shall be removed from the building site and surrounding area before the structure is occupied. The building site should be cleaned up daily so as to prevent the accumulation of trash and other debris and insure that the site is neat and orderly.
