No person shall hunt, collect, pursue in any manner, trap or in any way molest any wild bird or other animal found within the confines of the parks, rob or molest any nest or den, or take or handle the eggs or young of any bird or other animal, except in accordance with West Jefferson Codified Ordinance Section 505.11.
