957.07 LITTERING; DUMPING.

No person without the specific written consent of the Director, shall bring into, leave behind, or dump any material of any kind in the parks except the refuse, ashes, garbage and other material of a picnic or other permitted activity, and such material shall be deposited in receptacles provided for such purposes.
