(a) Property or Equipment. No person shall cut, injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any part of the park or building, sign, equipment or other property found therein.
(b) Natural Fixtures. No person shall cut, injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any tree, flower, shrub or other vegetation, or fruit or seed thereof, nor shall any rock or mineral be removed, injured, destroyed or disturbed.
