(a) Council hereby establishes a monthly surcharge fee of one dollar ($1.00) each for both water and sewer in addition to current water, sewer user fees.
(b) Said fees to be used to offset the current costs of billing for the water, sewer and refuse hauling service. (Ord. 09-061. Passed 2-1-10.)
