(a) Council hereby establishes the following fees for water and sewer taps:

(c) (1) All metered water lines must have separate shutoff available to Village personnel only. If there is only one (1) shut-off for more than one meter then the property owner is responsible for billing.
(2) There will be a one (1) time sewer deduct from the water bill per calendar year. The property owner must make arrangements with the water billing office.
(3) If the owner wants more than one (1) sewer deduct from water usage per year they must purchase a deduct meter including labor and components per current charges from the Village and have the plumbing meter ready for installation on one (1) outdoor spigot.
(4) There will be a one (1) time billing adjustment per calendar year. Under abnormal circumstances an additional credit may be approved by the Public Service Director. (Ord. 20-038. Passed 5-4-20.)
