SECTION 7A.01 CREATION OF DEPARTMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR.

There is hereby created and established a Department of Development and Redevelopment, to be headed by the Director of Development. The Director of Development shall be appointed by the Mayor with the confirmation of Council.
