(a) Council hereby requires that a permit be obtained and necessary inspections be made by the Village Zoning and Code Enforcement Inspector for construction of sidewalks, curbs and approaches to assure that all such improvements comply with the Building and Zoning Codes.
(b) Council further establishes a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for the permit and inspection on construction of sidewalks, curbs and approaches for such improvements.
