723.01 DANCING TO OTHER THAN A LIVE BAND; LICENSE; FEE; PENALTY.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership or corporation to own or operate any place of entertainment which offers dancing to other than a live band, unless such person, persons, partnership or corporation shall first obtain a license from the Mayor.
   (b)   The fee for such license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per year or any fractional part of the year.
   (c)   Said license is subject to revocation by the Mayor upon evidence being presented that such entertainment is causing or contributing to incidents which are detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare.
   (d)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation exists shall be deemed a separate violation.
