711.05 DETRIMENTAL ACTIVITIES; LICENSE REVOKED.

Said license is subject to revocation by the Mayor upon evidence being presented that applicant is allowing an incident or incidents to take place in connection with said live entertainment, which are detrimental to the public health, safety and welfare.
