711.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, persons, partnership or corporation to own or operate any place of public entertainment or any establishment offering live entertainment for public enjoyment within the Village, unless such person, persons, partnership or corporation shall first obtain a license from the Mayor.
