705.02 VIDEO GAMES AND ARCADES; PERMIT; FEE; PENALTY.
   (a)   There shall be issued by the Mayor, a permit for each video game located within the Village.
   (b)   The fee for said permit shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) for the first game and fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each additional game.
   (c)   Any establishment with more than four video game machines shall be considered an arcade.
   (d)   Each and every arcade must have a person twenty-one years or older on the premises to oversee the operation of the arcade.
   (e)   Minors shall not operate such video games prior to 3:00 p.m. on a day that school is in session. No minor shall be permitted to operate a video game on the premises where alcoholic beverages are consumed.
   (f)   Any form of gambling in connection with any video game is prohibited.
   (g)   Penalty.
      (1)   Whoever is found guilty of violating any subsection of this law shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and can result in permit revocation.
      (2)   Each separate incident shall be considered a separate violation and can be penalized as such. (Ord. 82-74. Passed 1-17-83.)
