SECTION 4.12 PUBLIC NOTICE.

Public notice, as required by law, or by this Charter, or by ordinance, shall be given formal resolutions and ordinance by requiring the Clerk to post for thirty (30) days after passage by Council the entire text at least one (1) time in a conspicuous place in the Municipal building.
