521.10 NONSMOKING POLICY ON VILLAGE PROPERTY.
   (a)   Council hereby establishes a nonsmoking policy in Galbreath Hall, the Village Hall, the Water Treatment Plant, the Waste Water/Sewer Plant, the Village Swimming Pool and the Village Garage.
   (b)   Council requires that nonsmoking signs be prominently posted at the entranceways, hallways and meeting areas.
   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
