377.02 SKATEBOARDS ON TENNIS OR BASKETBALL COURTS PROHIBITED.

(a) Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates or any item with wheels, blades, or anything that can cause damage to the surfaces of Village-owned tennis courts or basketball courts are prohibited from being on said courts.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
