(a) The parking of a disabled vehicle within the Village limits for a period of more than one week is prohibited, except that such vehicle may be stored in an enclosed garage or other accessory building, licensed salvage yard or business repairing vehicles for the general public.
(b) The definition of a disabled vehicle is as follows: unlicensed, unsightly, or inoperative.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Failure to comply within the seven-day period and each additional day after may be deemed a separate offense.
