333.11 RAILROAD SPEED.

(a) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 723.48, the maximum allowable speed of any railroad locomotive or railroad car which passes through the corporate limits of the Village, shall be ten miles per hour.

(b) Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 723.48, the Village may recover from any engineer, conductor or company violating this section, not less than five dollars ($5.00) or more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each offense.
