311.05 PLACEMENT OF YARD WASTE AND OTHER DEBRIS INTO THE STREETS AND GUTTERS.

(a) No person or other entity shall place or cause to be placed, any yard waste, leaves, grass clippings, or other debris into the gutters or streets of the Village other than at such times as designated by the Service Director of the Village.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
