(a) No person in control shall hereafter allow occupying or leasing to another person any residential rental property within the Village of West Jefferson, or serviced by West Jefferson Water and Sewage services, for which a registration form has not properly been made and filed with the Director of Building, Planning and Zoning, or his/her designee.
(b) Registration shall be made upon forms furnished by the Director of Building, Planning and Zoning or his/her designee.
