729.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth-degree misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and/or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, and each occurrence shall constitute a separate offense herein.
