739.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second (2nd) degree, and may be subject to a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per day, impound of the street vending unit or device, and/or revocation of the permit. Each day a street vendor is in violation of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
