1307.02 ZONING ORDINANCE PRECEDENCE.

The Village Zoning Ordinance (03-022) shall always take precedence in all instances where it may conflict with the International Building Maintenance Code. The International Building Maintenance Code shall be enforced only for the requirements and building codes not covered by the Village Zoning Ordinance (03-022).
