Residential Development
Park Fees: will be based on a (NEW BUILD) per unit cost
   •   Payment is due upon the issuance of Village Building Permit before any work is performed.
   •   Single Family Dwelling/Condominium      $1000.00
   •   Multiple Dwelling (per unit)            $1000.00
Commercial and Industrial Development
Development Fees: will be based on the following:
   •   Per acre of total parcel or percentage of      $200.00
   •   Per square foot of building(s)/(multiplier)      $ .02
   •   Minimum fee (if per acre and square foot minimum
      are not met)                  $300.00
Downtown Revitalization Fees: will be due at the time the Village Building Permit is issued. In the event of annexation of property into the Village the following will be required:
   •   If any site preparation has begun or a building is already under construction, the owner or developer will be responsible for total payment of fees which will be due at the time of filing for the annexation Petition.
   •   Five hundred dollars ($500.00) per one thousand (1000) square feet of building under roof (or .50 cents per square feet), for a maximum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).
Park Fees: will be based on total coverage of acreage which includes:
   •   Building(s), parking areas, all driveway areas, and required landscaping areas.
   •   Payment is due upon the issuance of Village Building Permit before any work is performed.
   •   Per acre (or percentage of)            $500.00
