125.04 ACTING CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   The Director of Finance shall serve as the Acting Clerk of Council in the absence of the appointed Clerk of Council.
   (b)   The Director of Finance shall receive full remuneration as Clerk of Council for that Council meeting.
