1309.01 ENFORCEMENT.

The Ohio Administrative Code 4101:1 - the Ohio Building Code, Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2 - the Ohio Mechanical Code, and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:3 - the Plumbing Code as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the Village.
