(A) Within thirty days after a new tenant occupies rental property of any kind within the Village, all owners of rental property who rent to tenants of apartments, rooms and other rental accommodations shall file with the Tax Director a report showing the names, addresses and telephone numbers, if available, of such tenant who occupies an apartment, room or other rental property within the Village.
(B) Within thirty days after the tenant vacates an apartment, room or other rental property located within the Village, the property owner of such vacated rental property shall file with the Tax Director, a report showing the date of vacation from the rental property and identifying each such vacating tenant.
(C) Whoever violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 15-069. Passed 11-2-15.)
