159.02 OFFICERS ELECTED; MEETINGS.

Annually not later than the last day of the first month of the calendar year, the Tree Commission shall elect a Chairman and Secretary. Meetings shall be held at the call of the Chairman or Mayor, or the majority of members. All meetings shall be open to the public and the Commission shall keep minutes of the proceedings.
