(a) Council hereby confirms the establishment of a Records Commission consisting of the following individuals as recommended under Ohio R.C. 149.39.
(1) Chief Executive (Mayor, is also Chair of the Commission).
(2) Chief Fiscal Officer (Finance Director).
(3) Legal Officer (Law Director).
(4) Citizen appointed by the Chief Executive.
(b) Council further instructs the chair of the commission to call a meeting at least twice a year.
