This buffer must consist of one tree per forty (40) linear feet of boundary plus a continuous four (4) foot high hedge, fence, or wall along the boundary of the more restrictive zone.
   (c)   TYPE 3 BUFFER shall be defined as a twenty-five percent (25%) minimum area of the required front, side and rear yard building setbacks, abutting the property line, that shall be used solely for landscape purposes. This buffer must consist of one (1) tree per forty (40) linear feet of boundary plus a continuous four (4) foot high hedge, fence, or wall along the boundary of the more restrictive zone.
   (d)   TYPE 4 BUFFER shall be defined as a thirty-five percent (35%) minimum area of the required front, side and rear yard building setbacks, abutting the property line, that shall be used solely for landscaping purposes.
