Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, modifies or demolishes or removes any exterior architectural or environmental feature or structure now or hereafter within the target area as defined by this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offence. The Board or Council may seek equitable remedies from any court having jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of the action.
