1323.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree as defined by Section 501.99 . Each day the nuisance as defined in Section 1323.02 continues to exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
